This article provides a solution for sending emails in the Sale Order, Purchase Order, and Invoice form view without creating a new Odoo partner.
Limitation of Odoo
By default in Odoo, when you want to send an email in the Sale, Purchase, or Invoice form view, you have to select a partner. If the partner does not exist, you have to create a new one. Odoo will also automatically send this email to the list of followers and simultaneously add the new partner to the list of followers. New partner will receive emails in the document in the future. This can cause a lot of inconveniences down the line, as there are third parties to whom you might only want to send an email once and do not want them to follow up on the Sale Order, Purchase, or Invoice.
Solutions
Allows you to directly enter email addresses instead of selecting a partner. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

- You can change another template, and will reload email content automatically.

Dont send email to list follower.
- After you click send, the email content and attached file will be saved in the chatter, and Odoo will also log the email address you sent to. However, the partners in the list of followers will not receive this email.
The email will be logged in chatter. - Dont add any partner to list follower after sending email.
